Street Style

I have been loving the street chic style I've been seeing so much on Pinterest. It's classy, sophisticated, and cozy. Every time I see an outfit like that as I scroll through Pinterest, I feel inspired and I knew I had to search for one of those long, oversized, sweater coats. I found the perfect one at Forever 21 the other weekend when I went with my friend Angie. It was a great purchase! So chic and so comfortable!

Black Wool Fedora from Kohl's similar to this for $16.90.

Layers of Blue and Gold!

The past couple weeks have been filled with fun activities in the classroom. We celebrated Martin Luther King Jr. Day, 100 Day, and the Super Bowl. This week is Groundhogs Day and the beginning of some fun Valentine's activities. The fun never ends! I absolutely love my job and my school! I can never wear enough blue and gold to show my school spirit! :)

American Eagle Blue and White Button Down from Goodwill similar to this for $22.
Yellow Ralph Lauren Cable Knit Sweater from TJ Maxx similar to this for $16.08.
Blue Quilted Vest from J. Crew found here.
Skinny Jeans from Forever 21 similar to these for $15.90.
Brown boots from Amazon for $22.02!

Martin Luther King Jr. Day we read "Martin's Big Words" and we came up with some Big Words to describe Martin with this fun craftivity. They came up with some very creative big words!

On the 100th day of school the entire 1st grade dressed like we were 100 years old. My students were cracking me up with their canes and walkers. Ha! We used the free Aging Booth app to see what we would look like when we were 100 years old. They all laughed and laughed looking at everyone's. This is what I and another teacher wore. HA HA!

I love my job!!!
Enjoy watching the Super Bowl tonight! I will share our Super Bowl craftivity this week! :)
